SARNZ Training Company of the Year SARNZ Training Company of the Year If your company is actively engaged in training your staff and you have a training system that you are proud of, submit your nomination for the SARNZ Training Company of the Year. Entry Criteria: For companies who show continued support for industry training, the panel will select finalists on the following criteria. Please provide evidence to support the following points: • Ongoing commitment to supporting the future of the scaffolding industry through industry training. • Commitment to excellence in training delivery standards across the board. • The nominee company must have a trainee employed with them currently, or had a trainee complete their qualification with them in the last year. • Should your company be selected as a finalist, you will be required to undergo a workplace evaluation facilitated by The Skills Organisation as part of the judging process. The evaluation will take up to three hours. Entries can be made by individuals or organisations or on behalf of individuals or organisations. 3. Entries must allow for independent audit of the material submitted. 4. Entrants must have successfully trained towards a National Certificate in the last year or have a trainee currently employed with them. 5. All finalists must undergo a workplace evaluation. 6. The panel has the right to deem an entrant/ nomination ineligible to enter into the awards. 7.
